The above standing seam hidden-fastener roof project included replacing the OSB roof sheathing, replacing some framing, installing plywood sheathing, adding thicker insulation, and removing the preexisting solar panels and reinstalling them with new racking and stainless-steel brackets that clamp onto the metal roofing ridges — no penetrations needed — for a long lasting, waterproof roof.
