About the Founder
Nate Kuenzi, Founder and CEO, brings over 16 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry. He began his career in the carpenter’s union at age 18, progressing from apprentice to journeyman, lead carpenter, and foreman. Over the years, Nate mastered nearly every phase of residential construction — including custom framing, concrete flatwork and foundations, kitchen and bath remodels, tile and flooring, roofing, decks, and more.
With a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Mechanical Engineering, Nate combines practical building experience with technical precision in design, project management, and estimation. His background as both a Civil Design Engineer and Mechanical Engineer adds a rare blend of technical mastery, precision, and design foresight to residential construction.
Clients describe Nate as detail-oriented, communicative, and dedicated to finishing on schedule — often exceeding expectations in both craftsmanship and customer experience.
When he’s not managing builds, designing new projects, or swinging a hammer, Nate enjoys studying about the body, brain, and mind, working on cars, and improving his own solar-powered property — designed and built entirely by him.
